What is ICLED Neck Lift?

The ICLED Minimally-Invasive Neck Lift is a scarless procedure I perform under a local anesthetic to enhance the lower face and jawline. During the procedure, a light-guided suture system to tighten the neck area by lifting the deeper tissue layers of the neck . Treatment time is about one hour.

Additionally, if the neck requires additional tightening, I perform FaceTite and Morpheus8 at the same time to optimize results by creating optimal skin contraction. As a result of the ICLED Minimally-Invasive Neck Lift, a sharper jaw line is created which enhances the face’s contours, creating a more youthful appearance.

After applying the local anesthesia, Dr. Vallecillos will make a small incision under the chin. Depending on the patient, fat may be removed or redistributed with liposuction. Dr. Vallecillos will then place the suture support system underneath the entire jawline. The suture support system is placed similar to the mechanism of a shoe lace. The procedure take approximately 1-2 hours to complete
